MIRINA COLLECTIONS

Last week I received my new Mirina Collections statement necklace, so I thought i'd share some images of it with you, they are all hand made in Manhattan, New York.

I was expecting it to be really heavy but its not at all, its a great way to dress up a plain dress or t-shirt.
You can also save 20% with my promo code becca20d

They also sell a range of earrings, rings and sunglasses on their website.

OLYMPUS PEN

I was lucky enough to receive an Olympus Pen Camera for Christmas from my boyfriend, this is the one widely sort after by bloggers. Its smaller than a standard DSLR so fits in your handbag easily, it has an adjustable screen for the perfect selfie and is easy to connect to wifi so you can transfer your images to your phone so they can be edited and uploaded on to social media instantly as well as producing excellent quality images. So I thought I would share with you some of the photos I've taken so far straight out of the camera before editing to show the quality in raw. I will be following up this post with a review when my boyfriend has given me a lesson on how to use it so I can get the most out of it as currently I am clueless.

OFFICE STYLE

I was lucky enough to spent this weekend working at the National Wedding fair at the N.E.C in Birmingham. Whilst everyone was looking for their perfect wedding dress I was lusting over the organisers outfits, she channelled the smart sophisticated look perfectly, which got me thinking about how I could incorporate this in to my daily work wear style now I'm in a job role that requires this look.

Here are a few examples of outfits that achieve this and have inspired me -

Wearing lace skirts with a basic shirt or jumper for a more feminine approach or teaming with a leather skirt or black trousers for a more edgier take.

To recreate these styles I would head to your nearest Zara store. I will be following this post with some examples of how I have channelled this look myself.

KNITS

Every girls style staple for Autumn, Winter is a knitted jumper, here's some inspiration on how to wear yours from cashmere to oversized, from ankle boots to heels.

The beauty of a classic knit is that you can dress them up for an evening outfit by wearing heels or for work as well as teaming with jeans and boots for a more casual, comfy outfit choice or for adding extra layers underneath a coat. If you are eager to ditch the Grandpa look then wear with leather luxe trousers.

For similar styles shop here.
Or here.
Or even here.

SUBOO SWIMWEAR

All in ones have never looked so good!

I would normally favour a bikini over a costume but after discovering Suboo who showcased at the Mercedes Benz Swimwear show in Miami last week has made me question my chose.

Here are my favourites from their current collection....

The lines create structure to the swimsuit, giving the illusions of curves perfect for more athletic figures or if you re lucky enough to have curves already it does a great job of highlighting them. I love the different patterns and the pastel colour palette they've selected.

And for those of us who like to bare a little more flesh these are perfect for you! With the mesh detail it creates more of a sports luxe feel as well as showing a little more skin and accentuating the waist, using diagonal lines.

We need more styles like this in the UK

Shop their whole collection

and this is what we have to look forward to, SS15....

I cannot wait!!!

STYLE

This outfit would be perfect for a day time look, shopping or out with friends.

Topshop Tartan legging's are a must at the moment, team yours with a long sleeved comfy black top and this structured pink oasis coat. Accessorise with black Miistaone ankle boots to toughen up the pale pink and a Love bullets necklace.
